Lift Classes

Built for members who are ready for more. Lift classes are 45-minute semi-private sessions capped at a small group, so coaches can load you properly, track your progress, and push you past the plateaus you've been stuck at for years. Barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells. Real iron, real programming, real results. Access is earned. Once you qualify, these sessions become the anchor of your week.
