The first 30 minutes are built around body weight and light weights. Functional movements, real programming, and coaches who understand how teens and pre-teens develop athletically. The goal is strength and mobility that carries into sport and everyday life, not just a sweaty workout. Every session is coached, not just supervised.

Cardio Boxing / Kickboxing
The last 15 minutes are on the heavy bag. Cardio boxing and kickboxing coached by real martial artists, designed to end every class with maximum energy output and serious fun. Kids who have never touched a bag figure it out fast. Kids who have can't wait for this part. Either way, they leave spent and they come back.
